Retiree's Breakfast 9-18-08

Thursday morning. 9-18-08, retiree's from various area law enforcement agencies get together for our weekly breakfast at one of the local eating establishment. What makes these Thursday get togethers interesting is: A) you never know who's going to show up. B) The War Stories, fairy tales & and other topics are usually hilarious and if when you leave, your stomach doesn't hurt from eating too much of the good food served there, then your sides hurt from laughing so hard, you almost cry. Today, the right side of the table was Mark, Billy, David & Bill.


The left side was Russ, Jerry, Roy Don & Norman.

This is Iris, our waitress & Russ. As we always say in these posts, Iris is an excellent waitress and runs her butt of keeping us happy.


The table included Don on one end and me on the other. That's Kari at the end standing up. She works at the newspaper and comes in every morning for coffee and to say hi to us on Thursdays.

Bill & I on the porch. Russ, David & I were fixin' to ride the motorcycles up to Mangum Oklahoma to do a recon for Monday's (9-22-08) Blue Knights Tx XX Weekday run. We asked Don to go but he had too much to do at his house, so he opted out of going..
